Your Notarization Made Simple: What to Expect When You Book With Notary by Annette

Updated: Nov 24, 2025

Choosing a notary shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Whether you’re handling a power of attorney, school form, real estate document, or a last-minute job Life just threw at you, my goal is simple: make the process fast, smooth, and stress-free.

As a mobile notary in San Antonio, I come prepared, on time, and ready to walk you through the steps so you feel confident signing your paperwork — no guessing, no confusion.

What I Do for You

When you book an appointment with me, you can expect:

✔ Clear communication from start to finish

I always confirm the time, location, and type of document so there are zero surprises. If you’re unsure what you need notarized, you can send me a photo or the blank document — I’ll guide you.

✔ Flexible options — mobile, in-office, or online

Most clients choose mobile appointments because it saves them time. I travel to homes, hospitals, workplaces, and anywhere else you need me.

(And yes — I bring my own witnesses when required, if available.)

✔ Professional, efficient notarization

I verify your identity, make sure the document is ready to sign, walk you through where to sign, and finish the notarization quickly and correctly. My goal is to respect your time and keep things moving.

✔ Privacy, security, and accuracy

Notarizations deal with sensitive information. I handle documents with care, and your privacy is always protected.
