I am a Texas Notary Public offering three types of services:

In-Office, Mobile, and Remote Online Notarization (RON).

 Below is an updated fee schedule for common notarial services. 

(All outdated notary services are omitted to focus on clients' needs.)

Traditional In-Office Notary

(Home Office Visit)

I welcome clients to my home office for quick, convenient notarizations in a comfortable setting. No travel fee – you simply pay for the notarization itself:

• Notarization Fee: $10 per notarized signature. 

  • Example: Notarizing a single-signature document (like a Power of Attorney or affidavit) costs $10.

• Additional Signatures (same document): $1 each.

  • Example: If two people sign the same document and both signatures require notarization, the first is $10 and the second is only $1.

• Oath or Affirmation: $10 (if a document requires a sworn statement with notary seal).

  • Example: Administering an oath for an affidavit or jurat is $10.​

(All in-office notarization fees are set within Texas-regulated limits, ensuring you are never overcharged.)

 

Mobile Notary Service

Can’t come to my office? I will come to you. My mobile notary service brings your notary needs to your home, office, or other location for your convenience:

• Notarization Fee: $10 per notarized signature, plus $1 for each additional notarized signature on the same document (if applicable).

  • (This is the same notary fee as in-office.)

• Travel Fee: $35 flat rate for travel within 10 miles. This covers the notary’s travel time and fuel.

  • Note: The travel fee is separate from the notarization fee (agreed upon in advance) and is due even if no notarization occurs after arrival.

• Flexible Locations: We can meet at your home, workplace, hospital, or any agreed location to notarize your documents.

Remote Online Notarization

(Via Platform)

Handle your notarization 100% online with a secure audio-video session. This option lets you notarize documents from the comfort of your home or office:

​

• Remote Notarization Fees: $25 technology platform fee + $10 for the first notarized signature, and $1 for each additional signature on the same document.

  • Example: One online notarization session with one document (one signer) would total $35.

• How Remote Online Notarization (RON) Works:

I use a specified Notary platform (the platform I currently use is Notarize) – you’ll verify your ID and sign via live video. Common documents like a Power of Attorney, real estate deed, or affidavit can be notarized remotely in minutes. After the session, you receive your notarized document digitally.
